As Tony Robbins says: By asking the right questions you get to the right answers and therefore the right results. Most people ask lousy questions that shift their focus on what they don’t want and … end up getting it. Do you want that to continue? Or you would rather dramatically change your life by simply knowing the right questions … like:When everything is said and done, in the aftermath: did you say more or did you do more?

Just reading the questions, one by one, is an excellent opportunity to think on what really matters in life. My suggestion would be to print out the questions, dedicate a few moments of uninterrupted time, and write about your thoughts and perspectives. Remember…the extent to which those self-coaching questions will positively influence your life is a direct result of the commitment you can make to making a real difference in your life, and why not in the lives of others.

Tips for making the most out of your self-coaching questions

(1) Set up a regular time each day for your self-coaching session. Make and keep this commitment to yourself.

(2) Work on one question per day. I know it’s very tempting to start going over the questions, but read one question per day and write down for 5 minutes – whatever comes to mind when you read that question

(3) The next day write down in your notepad the answer to this question: “What’s better since yesterday?”. In this way, you train yourself to be positive which reinforces your progress.

(4) Remember to have FUN. Really, getting to know yourself is truly a blessing.

(5) Hold yourself accountable for writing each day for 75 days the answers to the questions.

(6) Don’t quit doing this until you are done. Owe this to yourself and you’ll be glad you did.
